I have immediate needs. On average how long does it take to see quality candidates?

On average you will see candidates within 5-7 business days. All of our clients have access to our client portal, which gives them real-time access to our progress.

The last firm we worked with didn't seem to understand our needs, how do you avoid that?

We have a very thorough onboarding process that includes details about the JD, responsibilities, reporting structures, past success and failures, ideal backgrounds, backgrounds to avoid and more (including company culture).

What if we hire someone who doesn't work out, what is your guarantee?

We work in a variety of industries and at a variety of levels. Guarantees range from 3 months to 1 year, with 6 months being our average (no proration or limit).
